Fluorite is an important nonmetallic mineral resource. Years of irrational exploitation led to the gradual weakening of the resources. Linxi, locates in the Middle Southern Segment of Daxing’anling Mountains, is one of the important fluorite ore concentration in eastern China, which owns favorable metallogenic geological condition and great potential of mineralization and prospecting, as well as known enrichment of fluorite resources. The fluorite mines in linxi are mainly controlled by fault structures. Most fluorite mine distributed in the intersection part of the NE-NNE and SN regional structure belts, which are the main ore-controlling structures in this district, with NW and EW ones.On the basis of survey, using the effective test of multispectral remote sensing technology and various of geophysical-geochemical exploration instruments, this paper, taking the meso-epithermal fracture filling type fluorite deposit in Linxi as an example, summarized effective technology-method portfolio of the forecasting of ore-controlling structures of fluorite deposit and built comprehensive exploration model based on geology-geophysics-geochemistry and remote sensing. The main results include:1. Summarized the regional metallogenic geological characteristics of this study area, focusing on investigate characteristics of directional, mechanical properties, as well as multi-phase activity of ore-controlling faults. This will offer technology-method support and practical significance for the effective test of the forecasting of ore-controlling structures of fluorite deposit.2. Conducted effective trials in the preferably typical deposit in Linxi of the multiple methods, Elaborate the application principle, influence factors, technology solutions of geology, high resolution multispectral remote sensing technology, Very low Frequency electromagnetic(VLF-EM), ground gamma-ray spectrometry, the EH4 continuous conductivity survey, Portable X-Ray Fluorescence(PXRF), geochemistry of partial extraction and so on. Summarized their applications effect and defects on the basis of effective test cases of every method.3. On the basis of comprehensive study of geology, geophysics, geochemistry and remote sensing, combine with the regional metallogenic geological characteristics of this study area, summarized effective technology-method portfolio of the forecasting of ore-controlling structures of fluorite deposit and built comprehensive exploration model.
