Groundwater monitoring is a kind of work which is equipped with both basic and public welfare. The dynamic change of groundwater can be observed through the monitoring of groundwater level and water quality and other hydrological elements. With the rapid development of the whole society, dependence of groundwater exploitation is gradually strengthening. For the sustainable development of the society, the groundwater should be exploited reasonably. According to the measured depth of groundwater, elevation of wellhead, coordinates of wellhead, and the originally accumulated materials, and so forth, the groundwater level and net in Zhaozhou county is dynamically analyzed, which base on the aspects which contains dynamic change of single well both in one year and several years, and dynamic change of well net both in one year and several years. Combined with the original data of Hydrological Bureau of Zhaozhou County, the local aquifer is discussed and analyzed.From what has been discussed above, the local aquifer have the characteristic with strong exchange of material and energy cycle. Thus, it is defined as strong-open-borders aquifer. Network of groundwater monitoring is the basic facilities, its level is the regional one, which can be replaced by civilian wells and production wells. Finally, It can be included that periodic change of underground water is presented in Zhaozhou county among years, which cycle is slightly delayed, showing morphology of single peak and valley. Dynamic types of groundwater belongs to infiltrate-evaporate model. It can be concluded from the changes of spatial dynamics of groundwater level between a year and several years,Groundwater exploitation which includes production, life, irrigation is the main factors of gradually decreased groundwater level in Zhaozhou County year by year. As the economy develop dramatically, the local groundwater level is declining year by year, effective measures should be taken to prevent this situation continues to deteriorate.
