The plasma liner magnetic flux compression current generator is a kind of magnetic flux compression generator driven by electromagnetic force. The original magnetic flux compression generator is driven by explosion, its uniformity, stability, security and repeatability can’t compare with one driven by electromagnetic force. So it’s more convenient using the latter in the research lab. The magnetic flux compression generator main depends on the conservation of magnetic flux in the inner of good conductor. It can generate intense magnetic field, high current, high voltage and high energy density state.This paper aims at structure design and parameter optimization, so we choose the equivalent circuit model and the shin shell model. We can get the current by the circuit analysis with the equivalent circuit model and Kirchhoff voltage law, and then get the circuit parameters and the movement parameters with the dynamic equation of the shin shell model.By analyzing the data, we found that it can compress the pulse rising time from 75 ns to 12 ns and the peak current from 80 kA to 298 kA, the current amplification is about 3.7, the plasma liner is accelerated to 900 km/s. The current amplification is closely related to the parameters of source, the position of the groove, the radius of rod, the inductance of load and the density of plasma. The voltage and inductance of source have an obvious effect on the current amplification. The position of the groove should be suitable to balance the acceleration distance and the compression distance; It will have great effect on the current amplification with any slight change on the radius of rod; The inductance of load also have a great effect; The influence of the density of plasma is more complicated, the current amplification will rise by increasing the density of plasma to a certain extent, but too high density makes the peak current decrease, it’s very important to match the load and drive.
