The huge casualties and economic losses had been caused directly by "5.12"Wenchuan earthquake, which also induced a lot of derived geological disasters such as collapse, landslide and debris flow. Especially, the debris flow could form and develop with loose solid sources which were provided by the collapses and landslides directly. They might have been activating the potential debris flow gully in this drainage basin during a long time. Zoumaling gully is the left branch of Mianyang River, which locates in the ginkgo biloba ditch tourist region, the sixth group of Yanjin, Qingping village in Mianyang, and has been one of the hardest-hit area in "5.12" Wenchuan earthquake disaster zone.After "5.12" earthquake, the derived geological disasters happened frequently. The comprehensive and extensive prevention constructions were applied after the "8.13" zoumaling gully debris flow. Because of the great increase of loose solid sources after earthquake, the construction would be partially destroyed by the massive debris flows which were caused by the heavy rainstorm every time. So it is very necessary to investigate the construction of control and research the effect of prevention, then summary the prevention methods of this sort of debris flow to get the further supplement of measures.Taking Zoumalinggou debris flow as an example, it is located in the Wenchuan earthquake seismic belt in 2008 and belongs to ginkgo tourist region of the qingping country in Mainzhu.The earthquake not only caused the serious economic damage and the huge casualties, but also induced numerous derived geological disasters such as collapses, landslides and debris flows. In order to eliminate the hidden danger of geological disasters and promote the process of post-earthquake recovery smoothly as soon as possible, the programme with the theme "Block based, supplemented by row" were applied to the construction for prevention. The initial efficiency of prevention has been examined under the condition of heavy rainfall after accomplishment. But the main part of the construction still exist destruction. From this shortage of engineering designs and analysis, this paper put forward three projects of supplement as follows: project 1:built the 5# tributary drainage channel; desilt the 6# and 7# dam as well as the rinsing pavement; repair the droop skirt, the fundament of the anti-scour wall, and the main ditch dam.project 2:heighten the 5# dam; desilt the 5# dam and the rinsing pavement; repair droop skirt the fundament of the anti-scour wall, and the main ditch dam.project 3:desilt the 5# and 6# dam as well as the rinsing pavement; build the 5# tributary fending groyne; repair the droop skirt the fundament of the anti-scour wall, and the main ditch dam.Because of different types of projects, scopes of prevention and scales, which would lead to difference of the number of construction and the investment. Finally, this paper will provide the measures according to the analysis and evaluation of the actual effect.
