As we make geographic object analysis and specific decision implementation in geographic information science, we need all kinds of spatial data as a comprehensive auxiliary support, to grasp the scale from the dynamic coupling mechanism spatial information data, thus, can think scale problem have important status in the new geography information science research. In the remote sensing data applying to the landscape ecological pattern analysis, many aspects of cognitive have deficiencies, which remote sensing image for which type and the study of regional landscape ecological pattern is most appropriate, which scale is the best, for now, these issues research is relatively small, we need to further discussed.In this paper, by using landsat8, HJ-1A, MODIS and different spatial resolution remote sensing image data analysis and preprocessing, and carries on the landscape ecological pattern extraction, research on the landscape ecological pattern of change rule under different resolution, trying to find out sensitivity factor with the change of resolution. This study chose the five experimental zone of northern Shaanxi loess plateau were studied, respectively is Bin County-ChangWu sample area, YanChuan-YanChang sample area, MiZhi-SuiDe sample area, LuoChuan-Huanglong sample area, DingBian-JingBian sample region, for each sample region, analyses their different spatial scales of landscape pattern change, got the conclusion as follows:(1) Landscape aggregation degree of high and low has no direct correlation between landscape fragmentation, both no obvious reciprocal links. Because, in the space resolution increases at the same time, the patch density, edge density, largest patch index have fallen significantly, and the corresponding landscape aggregation degree of the change in spatial resolution, also fell.(2) In different spatial resolution of the corresponding increase in landscape ecological pattern, produced by different resolution remote sensing image of landscape ecological pattern has significant difference, the analysis results also can clearly see the phenomenon. Landscape ecological types, the spatial resolution image relative to the larger line landscape elements, they are all typical representative of corridor type, the roads and river and so on. The study areas of this article are mostly natural ecological landscape, linear landscape in the overall landscape proportion is not large, so the spatial resolution image scale effect in this respect is not very big.(3) Effect of the scale of the landscape pattern of each index obviously, differences in scale effect will change with the change of the spatial resolution, however, there is a special case, Shannon diversity index, it doesn’t exist obvious scale effect, only with no correlation between landscape classification system in the study area. Choice for MODIS data of 250~ 500 m can avoid as far as possible to reduce road scale effect of the scale of the influence on the results of the analysis. Compared with the MODIS data, Landsat 8 data, the resolution is higher, so the linear landscape is relatively obvious, the proportion is significant. Scale effect is obvious, so scale best choice at about 60m to 80m.
