Earthquake is one of the worst natural disasters, it can be reduced a lot of losses to people if the earthquake can be forecasted using monitor methods.Research the possibility of earthquake is very important by particles. ZH-1 is the first satellite for monitoring earthquake activity in china, HEPP-L is an important part of high energy particle detector on the ZH-1, its physical object is measured the distribution of high energy particles in outer space, time variation and energy spectrum evolution, measured the results of high energy particle for flux, energy spectrum and angle of incidence, and come true electron and proton type identification.Based on the previous period task goals of HEPP-H, this article researched content as following:(1) Get CsI calorimeter crystal measurement range to high energy particles through simulate and analyzed particles accumulated energy of calorimeter, electron energy region is 2-50MeV, proton energy region is 15-200MeV. Get needs of calorimeter front-end read electronics through researched sampling event rate and power consumption, power consumption of overall calorimeter system< 5%, processing speed of single event rate> 1MHz, input range of electric charge 0.083pC-15pC, the electronics noise of overall system< lOfC.(2) According to the needs of calorimeter front-end read electronics, designed calorimeter electronics circuit using separate components and VA32 combination methods. Separate components is that reading accumulated energy of scintillator to the first layer plastic, VA32 read method is that reading CsI crystal accumulated energy to 2-5th layer plastics. The function of Separate components methods is fast reading signal, and as trigger signal at overall circuit.(3) The design rationality verification test to calorimeter reading electronics. Signal generator produced analog signals as input signal, testing overall circuit basic information using exponential decay signal include circuit delay time, amplification and processing speed and so on. The important testing at circuit is verified FPGA logical control, verified each main chip relevant performance include digital trigger control, ASIC digital configuration, DAC, ADC control, communication port matching.(4) Calorimeter system detecting performance testing. Simulation outer space environment, tested cosmic rays Muon and proton beams respectively, get energy road distribution of two particles, and processed basic data for judged particle regularity.
