Analysis Of Land Consolidation Potential Based On The GIS In Jiexiu City

"Cherish and the rational use of every inch of land, effectively protecting farmland,"is that we have a long-term basic state policy,but also an inevitable requirement for the development of social economy. Land consolidation as the relationship between people and land, an important way to realize the dynamic equilibrium of the total cultivated land,not only can directly add the quantity of cultivated land, improve the quality of cultivated land,but also can improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of land,resources,environment,is to promote the population and the economy coordinated development important way. The study of land consolidation potential is the basis for the work of land,is the important premise and condition of land consolidation planning,has an important guiding significance for the order of land consolidation projects.It is based on the analysis and summarizing the land consolidation potential research by all of the world in this paper,combined with the practical situation of Jiexiu natural and social economic conditions, made full use of the2010land use change database,agricultural land grading in Jiexiu city survey data,DEM,land reclamation related data of Jiexiu City, combined with the overall land use planning and land consolidation planning in Jiexiu City, with the main factors of investigation, typical region analysis method,model method, analytic hierarchy process,under the support of GIS technology,agricultural land consolidation potential of Jiexiu city, the construction of rural land consolidation potential, urban construction land consolidation potential, abandoned industrial,mining land reclamation potential,the appropriate measurement and classification the cultivated land reserve development potential respectively. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)It is put forward the calculation and classification method of consolidation potential in Jiexiu city. It provides a reference for the calculation and classification in County region.In terms of the agricultural land consolidation potential estimation in quantity, according to the topography of Jiexiu city for consolidation of agricultural land area, using the renovation project and typical region of the farming to determine the added cultivated land coefficient under different slopes,the final statistics of the township agricultural land remediation quantity potential.In the agricultural land consolidation quality potential calculation, used of agricultural land grading results, assuming that Cultivated land in each township has the average level of utilization of cultivated land can achieve the highest level of utilization, Additional land can reach the town average level of utilization,finally the township of reference crop yield as agricultural land consolidation quality potential.In the aspects of remediation measures the potential of urban construction land, we make use of the population capacity calculation method based on Calculation of urban construction land consolidation potential.In the mining wasteland reclamation potential calculation, methods of investigation and evaluation are combined to determine the influence of mining waste treatment of major factor of suitable for cultivation land, using the Liebig law of the minimum factor determining the mining waste remediation minimum conditions for arable land, statistics are consistent with the minimum conditions of abandoned industrial and mining area as reclamation potential,In the arable land reserve resources potential calculations,We are going to used two main factors of terrain slope and distance between rural residential and the unused land to calculate arable land areas within reserved resources, and determine the comprehensive index of different regions according to the two main factors,In addition,Potential area will be modified by the comprehensive modified index.(2)According to the analysis and calculation,the number of agricultural land consolidation potential of Jiexiu city is708.5hectares,agricultural land consolidation quality potential is75583453.48kg;rural construction land consolidation potential of2652.19hectares;urban construction land consolidation potential of243.99hectares;abandoned industrial and mining land reclamation potential of134.38hectares of arable land reserve resources potential is2020.18hectares.The land consolidation potential is huge in Jiexiu city.(3) The quality of agricultural land consolidation potential is far greater than the number of potential farmland improvement.Emphasis of agricultural land rectification work should be done in the future,from increasing the quantity of cultivated land as the only index to improve farmland quality and strengthen the existing arable farming conditions and facilities,increase the yield per unit area of focus on agricultural land renovation.(4) At present the Distribution of rural residents settlements in Jiexiu is more dispersed, utilization degree intensively.Rural residential land consolidation theory potential is of4557.77hectares,and after the correction factor of natural society after the potential is of2652.19hectares,It is38.1%of the present rural residential land area. A potential area in YiAn Zhen is of1209.94hectares,potential index reaches71%. Topographic and geographic conditions are good and used level of rural settlements is not good.in the order of rectification, we should be first considered the priority of Yi An Zhen.(5) The urban land consolidation potential is smaller, and it is difficult for regulation to cultivated land, the input is of high.But it should be as the principle "appropriate agriculture to agriculture,appropriate forestry to forestry,appropriate grass to grass,appropriate fishing to fishing,appropriate building to building",according to the local actual condition,making the land reflects the comprehensive ability of the ecological,economic and social.
