We set12sampling spots in Xiaoxingkai Lake, respectively, in2013spring (May), summer (July) and autumn (September) and winter (November) sampled zooplankton collected qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research combine zooplankton diverse analysis and canonical correspondence analysis to understand the water quality of Xiaoxingkai Lake.In this research, a total of23kinds of zooplankton were identified, including protozoa4genera and5species,accounting for21.74%; rotifers4genera and6species, accounting for26.09%; cladocera species at least,4genera and4species, accounting for17.39%; copepods most species,5genera and8species, accounting for34.78%. The annual common species common species of Xiaoxingkai Lake zooplankton8genera and8species, which cladocera4genera and4species,copepods4genera and4species; dominant species of13genera and14species, of which3are3protozoa species,rotifers2genera and2species,cladocera4genera and4species,copepods4genera and5species.Seasonal average abundance of Xiaoxingkai Lake zooplankton was1077.9ind./L, biomass each season with an average of25.13mg/L. Spring in May in which the abundance highest1916.67ind/L, the lowest in winter in November, as288.06ind/L.Highest biomass in summer, was66.89mg/L, the minimum value of the biomass occured in the spring, to3.33mg/L. Average abundance of various spots322.02ind./L, where in the sampling spot8#maximum mean abundance1018.67ind./L,3#sampling spot lowest abundance12.67ind./L, the average biomass of each spot of23.33mg/L, of which10#sampling spot highest biomass17.64mg/L,4#sampling spot minimum0.57mg/LDuring the investigation, Shannon-Wiener diversity index H’between0to2.20, the performance of spring>autumn>winter>summer, Pielou index J’between0to0.86in the full year, the performance of autumn>winter>spring> summer. Shannon-Wiener diversity index among all smaples,7#sampling spot were highest,2.03,12#sampling spot was the lowest0.49; Pielou index2#sampling spot was the highest0.82,12#sampling spot was the lowest0.29, a comprehensive analysis of Xiaoxingkai Lake water contamination was already in the state.Zooplankton community structure and environmental factors are closely related. This study canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) that:community structure of small zooplankton Xiaoxingkai Lake most affected by the pH, but also affected by the SD, Chla, WT, COND, NTU and other environment factors, different types of zooplankton relevance environmental factors are also different. Xiaoxingkai Lake was serious polluted, contaminant mainly from agricultural and the development of tourism.
