The construction of all kinds of data base has becaome a signal of the scientificdevelopment of a country. The technology of exploring and exploiting the oceansources have also become mature. Therefore, it is of crucial significance to update,modify and manage the offshore dynamic information.Qingdao locates in the southern part of Shandong Peninsula, with a coastlinearound730.64km, ocean size about12200km2. Ocean is the most importantgeographical advantage as well as the potential development. So Qingdao has thenatural advantages to build blue Silicon Valley, developing marine resources is in thetradition of marine culture, innovation objective need for development of marineeconomy. So it is necessary to build a stable, communal data base of Qingdaooffshore dynamic information in terms of both the economy and ocean sources.Harbor, coastal engineering and offshore engineering are associated with allkinds of dynamic information such as winds, waves, tides, currents and so on. Thereare numerous approaches to a large amount of data, which makes it difficult tomanage and analyze. It provides great convenience for future application to process,analyze dynamic data and integrate them into one data base.This paper first collected and analyzed the wind and ocean depth data of oceanaround Qingdao, and then constructed the dynamical mathematical model based onthese data. Then waves, currents and tides data are simulated, and the results werecompared with the in-situ wave height data from Aoshanwei. The comparison showsgreat correspondence, indicating that this model is able to simulate the dynamicalenvironment of the ocean near Qingdao in a reasonably accuracy.The data from the above simulation are sorted based on space and time, and thenanalyzed to get the spaticla and temporal properties of winds, waves, tides andcurrents.Finally, this paper constructed the complete dynamic data base of the ocean nearQingdao using MySQL.
