As Changchun city of Jilin Province in2011and2012,the elementary school highergrades students of international math of primary and secondary schools in the first round oftesting an example to carry on the Education Measurement,Try to put forward new methodsto test the equivalent value analysis.One is the Design Equivalent Test Method,Use of anchorquestions linked together the two tests,By eliminating the ability of candidates and externalfactors other than paper to verify the anchor title is equal to the average of the mean andpapers to achieve equivalence.At the same time,Use the empirical distribution,Test scoresthe empirical distribution of the two groups are the same,thus to achieve the purpose of thepaper the equivalent,The second is Copula Methods,Copula means connecting,Connectedcorrelation function is widely used in the financial markets,Asset pricing and risk managem-ent in the financial sector,Has not yet been used in the education system.The innovation ofthis thesis lies in the nature of the use of Copula function test equating some applications,Andthe use of Non-equivalent Groups with Anchor Test Design for equivalent new proposeddiscussion and research.
