Researches On Publishing Method For Marine Environmental Forecasting Information Service

Along with the development of China’s marine economy and marine disaster prevention and mitigation, the Marine Environmental Forecasting has become an important research topic. Marine Environmental Forcasting business has a demand for information services, and GIS technology can make services more convenient and intuitive. Due to the Marine Environmental Forecasting data’s characteristics of multi-source heterogeneous, real-time dynamic, and high-volume data, the traditional GIS service publishing method can not resolve the issues of low-service publishing efficiency, server resources waste, slow-speed service responsing etc.Useing the web service technology, combining with the parallel computing and map cache technology, this paper designs and realizespublishing method of Marine Environmental Forecasting information service,for the sake ofhigh publishing efficiency and quick access of information services.Based on the researches on publishing method of Marine Environmental Forecasting information service, this paper mainly tackles three key technologies:First, in the process of numerical forecast data processing, this paper deeply studies the method of generating various products. Then this paper designs Matlab parallel data processing strategy, which improves the processing efficiency of Marine Environmental Forecasting data, so as to shorten the cycle of service publishing.Second, combined with the cached map service and dynamic map service, this paper builds a double caching service strategy, including scalable hierarchical caching on server side and quickly prefetch caching on client side, which not only maximize the use of server resources, but also improve the access experience of information service.Third, combined with the needs of service interface for Marine Environmental Forecasting, this paper gives a discription of SOAP and REST style interface. And based on the online map interface, this paper expands Web API key interfaces for Marine Environmental Forecasting, which makes it easier to use the Marine Environmental Forecasting information services.Based on research aspects of the appeal, this paper builds a Marine Environmental Forecasting Information Service prototype platform. Through the application in projects of "HZMB island tunnel engineering Marine Environmental Forecasting support system","Maritime surveillance enforcement Marine Environmental Forecasting integrated information service system", and "Indian Ocean Marine Environmental information service system" etc, it shows that the proposed method can improve the efficiency and usability of information service of Marine Environmental Forecasting. And it provides a feasible solution for data sharing on Marine Environmental Forecasting.
