As one of the major environmemal (actors limit inu plant development and growth,the temperature would restrict the distribution of plants and the quantity and quality ofcrop products. The regulatory network of cold responses in plants and the transgenicengineering ofr better cold tolerance of crops have been significant parts in current plantand agricultural research.In this paper, two and one CRT/DRE elements have been identiifed in the sequenceof CbCOR15a and CbCORlSb respectively by exploring in the PLANTCARE onlinedatabase. Two experssion vectors, CbCORI5aP::GUS and CbCOR15bP::GUS, wereconstructed and transofrmed into A. thaliana in order to analyze the promoter activity.We obtained T2plants and investigated the expression characteristics of CbCOR15aand CbCORlSb promoters under difefrent temperatures and hormonal stimulations byusing GUS staining. We also constructed plasmids containing the full-length cDNAsequences of CBF1/2/3and truncated CBF3as baits ofr Y2H screenings respectively,and four proteins were ofund interacting with truncated CBF3. In a summary, thepresent work paves an important way ofr tfirther understandings of CBF pathway inArabidopsis and provides the theoretical basis ofr applicatofns of CBF in geneticengineering.
