Realization Of Topographical Map Security Process

Abstract:With the development of social economy, topographic map will be more frequently used in our life. Due to the topographic map data involved in national defense and military security part, the leak things can be easily happened if security topographic map publish directly without processing. Therefore, to obtain balance between map use and security, it needs encryption to security map. This paper analyze the confidentiality requirement for different scales based on actual situation of topographic map data management in Wangcheng District and topographical map security laws, the DXF format topographical map is chosen as the research object to find a method of read topographic map data; On the basis of grid method, a grid based descryption method is proposed and implemented via Visual Basic and then Process Math model to realize the topographical security system. According to the topographical map security process and quadratic function correction process, the result shows well encryption and hard to re-correct back. In the end of this paper, some conclusion are provided about the features and weakless of this system, some expectation for the future work are also discussed.
