The thesis based on the115sample survey of the Wugong mountain meadows,through the analysis of the characteristics on the research of vascular bundle of Wugongmountain meadows and distribution types, the plant community diversity, the smallcommunity spatial distribution and the impact of human disturbance, and provided thepowerful scientific reference basis for the rational development and utilization of Wugongmountain meadows, as well as the protection and restoration of the plants. The mainconclusions in this thesis are as follows:1.Wugong Mountain meadow plant resources are rich due to the investigation of ferns,gymnosperms and angiosperms in44families,90genera,108species.2.The compounds of aquatic vascular plants of the meadow plants in Wugongmountain are rather complex. In the distributions of44families aquatic vascular plants,there are12kinds belong to worldwide, accounts for27%, and13families belong todouble characteristics of tropic and temperate. In the90genera aquatic vascular plants,there are18genera belong to worldwide, accounts for20%, and24genera are part oftropic characteristics and49genera belong to temperate characteristics. No discover of theendemic species of China in the research area.3.Through the research on the species of plant community growing in differentelevations and aspects, a conclusion has been drew that Miscanthus sinensis is thedominant species of the whole plant community, followed by Arundinella anomalaSteud.as the subdominant species,accompanying species such as Hypericum ascyron L、Selaginella and so on.4.After analyzing the investigation to the plant community distribution pattern,Miscanthus sinensis, as the primary community, its distribution area is larger. There are23kinds of small communities in there. In the horizontal distribution pattern, sunny slopesand shady slopes distribution respectively have11,12small communities and theadvantages and building group of each small community is different. And all of them existalone in a larger community nearby. In contrast, in the vertical distribution pattern, onlyone type of small community has been found at the altitude of1900meters. With theincrease of altitude gradient, the changes of alpha diversity index are in waves. For theanalysis of the change trend of five beta diversity index, with the increasing altitude, itsfive index fluctuation amplitude is bigger, which explains that species replacement ratedisparity is quite distinct between the adjacent elevations, resulting in the changes of betadiversity within communities.5.The further from the main trial sample band, the larger the total coverage, and thelighter the tourism disturbance. In addition to all this, meadow plant species structure changes, by the main road, the dominant species in meadow become companion speciesbecause of poor anti-interference, such as Miscanthus sinensis、Arundinella anomalaSteud.and other plants. And the originally accompanying species became dominant species,such as Aster baccharoides, Elsholtzia stachyodes (Link) C. Y. Wu, Senecio latouchei J.F.Jeffrey and other plants.6.The index of Wugong mountain meadow species decreases, and the evenness indexof the four sample slips, with the degree of the tourism disturbance going down. Diversityindex, species richness index and evenness index of the four samples are characterized byconsistent change. The higher the altitude is, the smaller the coverage, and the greater thegrazing disturbance.
