At the late stage of oilfield development, the domestic and foreign geologists havegradually paid more attention to the formation and distribution of residual oil under theinternal configuration of single sand body in the water flooding. Delta sedimentary sand bodyis an important reservoir of continental oil and gas exploration, in which mouth bar reservoiris an important oil and gas unit of the delta front. Currently, the mouth bar physics simulationstudies are mostly concentrated in the mouth bar formation process, however physicalsimulation research is very rare about the residual oil formation and distribution. Therefore,Xingbei area mouth bar is researched in this paper. And it is done about displacementexperiment of the residual oil physical simulation.Xingbei study area is located in the north of Xingshugang structure of DaqingChangyuan. Structure is relatively flat. It is mainly shallow delta. For the delta front subfaciessedimentary features, the paper takes advantage of logging data and core data of study area,applies “the standard bed control, the plane multiplex gradually closure and profileapproximation layer by layer” comparative method to achieve the establishment of the singlesand body stratum framework in the study area, and creates logging phase mode. Planesedimentary microfacies of study area is completed by the plane combination technology.Mouth bar sedimentary model is summed up in the study area, which is radial depositionmodel along the source. And the paper carries on the division to the mouth bar interface level,analyses interlayer cause, extracts the interlayer number, thickness, inclination, dip, mouth barinternal porosity and permeability distribution, and other parameters. Well model of a largeartificial mouth bar core is designed and constructed by the internal configuration parametersof mouth bar, mouth bar theoretical model, and the actual oilfield production well networkdeployment situation. Meanwhile, flooding experiment is carried out. The experimentalresults are analyzed from the macro and fluorescence angles. The macro factors of residual oildistribution are mainly dominant seepage area of the top of mouth bar, shielding effect of lowangle thin interlayer of mouth bar, the position of production end, flooding velocity changeetc. According to the forming mechanism and distribution of residual oil, the paper provides8suggestions for residual oil of mouth bar reservoir: changing the perforation mode, injectingpolymer, water plugging, fracturing, partial subdivision, well pattern adjustment, edgedisplacement exploitation, improving well pattern.
