The structural balanced cross section technique comes from the combination of scientificexploration and petroleum resources exploration, is the quantitative research of structureanalysis. With the continuous development of computer field, and geologic field with thecombination of balanced section technique of computer simulation applied to gradually in theprocess of oilfield exploration and development. Balanced cross section technique at first wasborn in the study of the structure of the compressional area. In the practical application ofstretching area is relatively small, lack of standard operation of the application of rules. In thispaper, detailed introduces the concept and principle of balanced cross section technique andits application in stretching basin in geological factors affect the accuracy of simulation. In thestudy area, the author selected four seismic sections for recovery in the construction of thesystem to the analysis of basin tectonic evolution.Hailer-Tamtsag basin is Middle Cenozoic fault-depressed basins, is one of the prolificpetroliferous basins in the outside the songliao basin. For the basin tectonic evolutioncharacteristics of unique and complex, causes the tectonic style inside the basin is various,complex causes, development of multiple petroleum system. But for the basin structuralevolution characteristics and its effect on the distribution of peteoleum system control remainsto be further understanding. The author in the system to know basin as the background, on thebasis of based on central basin rift zone, according to the concept and the principle ofbalanced section technique, with the aid of2D Move software, the nature of the basin systemis studied and the evolution process of the superposition basin, and then on the basis of theanalysis of different stages of evolution of oil-rich structural belt evolution characteristics andhydrocarbon accumulation mechanism. Studies suggest that basin is composed of the residualbasin: Tongbomiao group and the passive rift basin: Nantun-Qingyuangang group. Thepassive rift basin can be further divided into four evolution stages, namely initial rifting stage:lower n1group, strongly rifting stage: upper n1-n2group, rift depression transformation stage:Damoguaihe group-Yimin group, depression stage: Qingyuangang group. In differenttectonic evolution stages, the different characteristics of tectonic deformation resulting in theformation of different structural styles: the initial rifting period, under the influence of thesimple shear strike-slip deformation formation of reverse faults, control the formation of thetilted uplift belt. In the strongly rifting period, in the pure shear deformation under the actionof stretching formed a large amount of the central anticline belt and the central uplift belt. In the rift depression transformation period, in the pure shear torsion deformation under theaction of formed a fault concentrated belt, formed the tectonic style of "flower". In thedepression period, under the effect of extrusion stress formed a large number of inversedtectonic style. In the depth of the research area has three sets of petroleum system, including:in the initial rifting period formed the tilting uplift belt as the favorable exploration directionof lower hydrocarbo system; in the strongly rifting period to form the central anticline beltand the central uplift belt of hydrocarbo system in the middle of the favorable explorationdirection; in the depression period of reversal tectonic belt for favorable exploration area ofthe upper part of hydrocarbon system.
