Caofeidian area is located in the southern coast of Tangshan, Located in thecentral area of Bohai Bay, With natural and geographical conditions superiority ofCaofeidian area,in recent years the development of Caofeidian Newport reached anunprecedented level. However, Caofeidian geological environment is complex, withlarge-scale construction projects,the port industrial area of land and sea geologicalenvironment will change significantly, environmental changes in these earlyunexpected may bring serious influence to construction projects and port developmentin the future. Thereofre, in the coastal port development correct evaluation of existingenvironmental geological problems, especially the geological hazards, preventivemeasures in advance, has an important strategic significance for the realization ofsustainable development of resources, environment and social economy.Single-channel seismic exploration is a very important tool and powerful toolsfor the study of modern marine geological survey. Single-channel seismic explorationhas flexible configuration, simple, efifcient and economical, and can obtain a highsignal to noise ratio of seismic data, high resolution and high fideliyt. High resolutionseismic survey in the coastal area? can obtain the effective formation informationshallow seabed from a few meters to hundreds of meters within the scope of. In thispaper, combined with the2008in Caofeidian deep groove in deep water area ofcollected seismic profile, and combining with the research collected borehole data inthe region, by using the method of seismic stratigraphy analysis. Through the analysisof various data, based on the study of the previous research results, on the highresolution seismic profiles were carefully tracking contrast, Detailed formationPleistocene Caofeidian deep groove deep water area has been divided. In this area120m depth range divided into10main reflector, numbered sequentially from top tobottom ismode of sedimentary evolution sincethe late Quaternary has been Initially established in the study area. And in the research area.
