Caofeidian is located in the southern coastal Tangshan, located in the central ofBohai Bay, as its favorable natural and geographical conditions, in recent years thedevelopment of Caofeidian reached unprecedented levels, However, in the Bohai Bay,Caofeidian have complex geological environment, geological environment are veryfrequent. For reasonable developing utilization of geological environment, effectivelypreventing the occurrence of various types of geological disasters, to ensure that thecurrent port of the smooth progress of the project, we must consider the capacity ofresources and the environment and do a combination of resource development andprotection. Coastal resources and environment to achieve positive economic andcoordinated development.High-resolution seismic profile is an important powerful tool of the modern seabedsediment, the thickness of the Quaternary coastal have a large amplitude, usually is 30 ~450m. High resolution in the offshore area multi-channel seismic surveys, have access tothe shallow sea within a few meters to several hundred meters of the effective formationof information, this project based on the combination of Caofeidian area featureshigh-resolution multi-channel seismic data collection methods and data processingresearch, compared to the previous single-channel seismic data, combined with thedrilling data, seismic stratigraphy of research. Through analysis of existing data, and alarge number of previous studies learning results, the study area high-resolutionmulti-channel seismic profiles were carefully tracking contrast, the more detailed thestudy area Caofeidian Pleistocene shallow water areas formation has been divided, weredivided into T0,T11,T1,T2,T31,T3,T4 andT41,T5,T6 10 seismicstratigraphic units, further to its Quaternary sedimentary environment were analyzed todetermine the bottom boundary layer around, A typical seismic facies units, non-uniformdeposition of the strata found in a typical phenomenon of the study area and study the Quaternary sea level, initially established in the study area since the Quaternarysedimentary evolution model, the final recovery Caofeidian Quaternary sedimentaryenvironment. For the correct assessment of the existing areas of Caofeidian geologicalenvironment, marine geological disaster preparedness and preventive measures well inadvance in all aspects of practical value.Studies have shown that Caofeidian Quaternary sedimentary environment andsedimentary evolution was controlled not only by the tectonic movement, but also thechange of the global sea level and climate change.Since the Quaternary in the Pleistocene,Several phenomena of transgression and regression.occurred frequently.By comparingwith the drilling profile,it is shown that Caofeidian region continued to decline and aseries of Quaternary tectonic movements in the context of the sea, the sea in theperformance of the land since the Pleistocene layer interaction phenomenon.
