Meteorological data interpolation is of great significance for scientific research and agricultural production. There are mainly two methods of improving the meteorological data interpolation precision. Firstly, increases the number of interpolation data information. For example, increase the number of meteorological stations, introduce a new meteorological element to assist the interpolation and improve the resolution of the interpolation area. Secondly,find better interpolation method to reduce the interpolation error. Increasing the density of meteorological station requires a lot of manpower,material resources, financial resources,limited by terrain conditions,and a lot of other factors. By introducing new auxiliary meteorological data and making the meteorological interpolation method better to help improve the interpolation precision become much more practical and helpful.In this paper, using Thin Plate Smooting Spline method and trend surface method for different parameters optimization experiment with annual temperature and precipitation to find out the best parameters of different meteorological elements in different year. The experiment results show that the smooth thin plate spline interpolation function method optimal parameters of temperature is number of spline3, resolution value1000m in1985and1995, number of spline3, resolution value1000m in2010. The experiment results show that the smooth thin plate spline interpolation function method optimal parameters of precipitation is number of spline3, resolution value1000m in1985,1995and2010. The trend surface method interpolation optimal parameters of temperature are order9,10and order9in1985,1995and2010. The trend surface method interpolation optimal parameters of precipitation are order4,1land order12in1985,1995and2010. The paper introduce a new meteorological element for the thin plate smoothing spline function method with the elevation as double covariate interpolation experiments. There are eight concomitant variables,including wind speed, humidity, air pressure, vapor pressure, world coastline, national coastline, sunshine time and sunshine percentage. Finally, humidity as covariate experiment results show that the accuracy of the ascension is better than other groups. Small grid experimental based on trend surface method has better accuracy improvement than trend surface method. The effect of small grid experiments based on thin plate smoothing spline function method precision improvement is not ideal. Final annual value of the interpolation precision comparison experiments showed that using the optimal parameters of Thin Plate Smooting Spline based on height and humidity double covariate methods has obvious advantages in precision.This paper studies the applicability analysis in optimal parameters of Thin Plate Smooting Spline based on height and humidity double covariate methods in years, months, and daily time. The results show that the time span of the experiment are all have a relatively good interpolation accuracy in temperature.Compared with Thin Plate Smooting Spline method, Thin Plate Smooting Spline based on height and humidity double covariate method have obvious effect. On the other hand,,only in the ten-years average time span experiment that the rainfall have relatively good promotion effect.
