The most significant value of Macro fungi mainly in the field of edibleness and mediciness. Macrofungi become more and more popular because of its delicious, nutritious and meetment on the requirements of modern nutrition. As the development of science and technology, more sdudies on edible and medicinal mushroom been penetrated deeply, and new resources has been exploited constantly.Traditional taxonomy and molecular biology methods were used in identified a kind of specimens which collected in Mount Culai National Forest Park with. Here, we comprehen-sively described its morphological characteristics and analysed its phylogenetics, confirmed the specimen is Agaricus flocculosipes, a new recorded species in China.Maximum tolerance test methord were used in determination the acute toxicity of the basidiocarps by the Intragastric administrated continuously a week with crude extracts to the Kunming mice. The mice showed no abnormal or toxicity symptoms proving non-poisonous of the speciemens.Resulted42.5%moisture content using atmospheric pressure drying method; measured the ash content was0.44%with Muffle furnace combustion method; Fat analyzer measured the1.4%content of crude fat; semi-micro Kjeldahl method measured content of51.59%crude protein. The basidiocarps possessing the nutritional characteristics of high protein and low fat. Amino acid automatic analyzer measured17kinds of hydrolysate acids, including seven kinds of essential amino acids,10kinds of non-essential amino acids, composition of essential amino acid was48.80%, while non-essential amino acids was51.20%. Evaluate the nutritional value from the protein chemical score, amino acid score, essential amino acid index, biological value, nutritional index, an amino acid ratio coefficient and score of amino acid ratio coefficient. Compared with A. subrufescens and Lentinus edodes, indicating abundance and balance of amino acids nutrition.Studied on nutrition and environmental conditions in biological characteristics of mycelium. The measured best carbon source is glucose and sucrose to the mycelium, the best nitrogen source was soybean peptone, the optimal inorganic salt is KH2PO4+MgSO4; Orthogonal test on mycelium results showed that the sequence was the influence of carbon sourced>nitrogen source>inorganic salt on the mycelium growth; the optimum combination was A3B2C2,1000ml culture medium carbon sources (glucose)25g, soybean peptone2g,1.0g of KH2PO4and0.5g MgSO4. The optimum culture temperature was25℃, the optimum pH of culture medium was pH5.5-pH6.0. The results of selecting elite medium showed that, grain was optiminal for the mycelium, straw followed and tne mycelium can not grow in the cottonseed hulls medium.
