This experiment is based on Guojun Fu and Liu Qian’s expriments.I did furtherscreening from several Marine microorganisms and find the best one calledtxc6-6,made Identification of its classification.Through the mairne microbial16S rDNA gene sequences txc6-6analysis,morphology, cultural characteristics and physiological and biochemicalcharacteristics.we got the desicion that it belongs to Streptomyces cinereoruber.We studied in vitro and in vivo activity of the active of txc6-6. On this basis, thePO as biological activity tracking, txc6-6metabolites pH stability, thermal stability,solubility and other physical and chemical properties of the organic phase werestudied.The PO as biological activity tracking. Leach by solvent extraction and silica gelcolumn chromatography,TLC,HPLC and other methods for preparing, marinemicrobial fermentation metabolites txc6-6in the active component was isolated andpurified. Got two antimicrobial active compounds, tentatively named components Aand B.Component B was purified to yield the pure product, Component A in theLC-MS analysis, the molecular weight of component A is512.28.
