With the rapid development of economy, more and more attention are paid on gold in the world. Gold is mining economic pillar industry in the xinghai county territory, and the economic benefit is good. Gold conduct as the distinctive advantage of minerals. Mining development for local economic development has an important role in promoting.As an example of Manzhanggang gold, analyzed Manzhanggang geological characteristics in detail, Manzhanggang gold resource has potential evaluation.The exposed stratum are the early-Triassic Gulangdi group, the late Triassic Elashan acidic volcanic rock group and quaternary.And the second lithologic layer of the second lithologic section in the late Triassic Elashan acid volcanic group is the main ore-bearing horizon, and also is one of the main prospecting formation. Faulted structures in this mine is a very development, which has the characteristics of multiphase activities. According to extension direction, it can divided into four fault zones:north-west fault zone, north-north-west fault zone,nearly north-south trending fault zone, and north-east fault zone. North-north-west fault zone is the main ore-controlling structure, and it is the main mark the main mark of search for ore body.
