With the development of satellite remote sensing technology, the research objectof photogrammetry is no longer confined to the aerial images, its theory and algorithmhave been widely used in high resolution satellite remote sensing images, and itprovided a more efficient and convenient way of large scale data acquisition for theDigital Elevation Model (DEM) and Digital Orthophoto Map (DOM). This paperbased on the practical application on wind farm site macroscopic selection and ZY-3survey satellite of the domestic resources, adopted the method of combiningtheoretical analysis and practical experiment, systematic studied the key technologyof DEM and DOM remote sensing rapid survey, and put forward a new rapid updatemethod, then analysed the precision influence of DEM and DOM result. The mainresearching contents and innovative results of this paper are as follows:(1) Set up a complete technical system of DEM and DOM remote sensing rapidsurvey. On the basis of systematically analyzing the geometric processing model ofhigh resolution linear CCD push-broom remote sensing image, intensive studied thekey techniques of DEM and DOM remote sensing rapid survey, included theapproximate epipolar model based on image scanning method and stereotaxicprinciple in DEM stereo survey, as well as the system error compensation model inDOM orthorectification.(2) Put forward a DEM rapid updating algorithm based on remote sensing stereosurvey. On the basis of DEM remote sensing stereo survey, put forward a DEM rapidupdate algorithm combined with the old DEM in same area which can realized theterrain change detection, and the experiments showed it has practical value.(3) Analysed the precision influence of DEM and DOM remote sensing rapidsurvey. On the basis of the combination of qualitative and quantitative method,systematic studied the influence of the number and spatial distribution of groundcontrol points on the precision of DEM and DOM results, as well as the influence ofDEM data precision on the precision of DOM results; The results of the analysisprovided a basis for the reasonable selection of each impact factors on DEM andDOM remote sensing rapid survey.(4) Put forward a comprehensive suitability evaluation method for wind farm sitemacroscopic selection integrating terrain slope, relief degree of land surface and landuse types. After get each impact factors according to the principle of GIS spatial analysis and remote sensing supervised classification method from DEM and DOMresult, on the basis of the fundamental principles of wind farm site macroscopicselection, it established comprehensive suitability evaluation index for wind farm sitemacroscopic selection through the dimensionless and weighted integration to eachimpact factors; The index considered both the terrain environment factors and thesocial economic factors, and it showed the comprehensive evaluation result of siteselection directly, which provided a basis for the decision support of wind farm sitemacroscopic selection.
