In rocket sled test equipment design, the rapid establishment of rocket sled, accurate analysis ofits dynamic characteristics and correct calculation of the vibration load can reduce the developmentcycle and lower the cost of the system, decreasing the development risk. This thesis developed asimplified dynamic modeling method for rocket sled system. The biggest advantage of the method isthat without any specific rocket sled model structure, we can analyze the dynamic characteristics ofthe system and calculate the rocket sled vibration loads in the basis of just some of the modelparameters.Combined with previous studies and project needs, a simplified rocket sled system dynamicsmodel was proposed after the research status of rocket sled dynamics modeling at home and abroadwas introduced firstly in this thesis. Then a simplified rocket sled system modeling method wasintroduced, including the establishment of a simplified dynamic model for different sled structuresand calculation for external excitations. For the difficult calculation of track incentive in the modelingprocess, an approach to calculate the track incentive using random load identification technology wasproposed in this paper. Theory of random load identification was studied, and simulation ofsingle-input single-output system was acomplished by using two degrees of freedom system which issimilar to the sled model. Finally, for a special rocket sled system in a rocket sled test, we establishedits simplified dynamic model andcalculated its vibration load. The results were compared with that ofthe conventional finite element method, verifying that the simplified modeling method of rocket sledsystem proposed in this paper is feasible. We identified the track incentive through the vibrationresponse calculated by using random load identification method, and compared it with the actual trackincentive, confirming the feasibility and reliability of usting random load identification to calculatetrack incentive.
