The technology of the Aerospace Engineering, naval ships is an important aspect when estimating general national power and has been highly emphasized by all countries. With the developing of the technology, exact machine and home appliance have a more rigorous criterion to the vibration isolation system. The traditional single-stage vibration isolation system, linear vibration isolation system can't meet the increasing need of all the areas. The two-stage vibration isolation system, multi- stage vibration isolation system have excellent characteristic in vibration isolation areas, especially the two-stage vibration isolation system has had actual application in the naval ships. Research shows that the two-stage vibration isolation system has a vibration isolation effect from low frequency 35db to middle frequency 50db.The vibration caused by sudden knock is the main reason to destroy the naval ships. Many machines take the nonlinear vibration isolation cells to get good effect. That sometimes we have to lean the vibration isolation cells for the restriction of the space can also make the system nonlinear. Up to the present, no one has researched the system which has the isolation cell with the nonlinear stiffness and nonlinear damping and has the isolation cell put in a random position. So the article has some value in the science and engineering.The paper includes the below contents:First of all, the paper has described the experiment how to test the data of the vibration isolation cell. Then by choosing the proper function with the data, we got the model of the vibration isolation cell.Then, the paper established the model of the two-layer vibration isolation system with twelve vibration isolation cells using multi-body dynamics theory-Newton-Euler's Equations, and study the response of the system when enduring a sudden strike.Finally, by taking the upper rigid body as the controlling object, the paper studied the displacement and acceleration of it when facing the sudden strike and took a comparison with the former state.
