With the development of economic construction, various underground worksconstruction attracted more and more attention, metro, bridges, tunnels have startedconstruction in major cities. The research and development of high-precision gyroscopes totalstation attracted more attention. Chang’an University and China Aerospace Science andTechnology Research Institute16Jointly developed China’s first maglev precisiongyroscopes——GAT Maglev Gyro Station. It is one of fully automated measurement ofdirectional gyro instruments, which based on magnetic levitation bearing and torque loopfeedback measurement system construction, have gyro motor rotation Observations, and canacquisition ten thousand sets of original observations data in per minute.In practice, collected data by the sensor signal will be disturbed, such as white noise,temperature, wind, vibration and other factors. In order to effectively eliminate all outsideinterference noise on the GAT-precision magnetic levitation Gyro Station measurements,improve the accuracy of the directional gyro values,make filtering analysis of its massobservations data is significance. This article firstly make fractal filtering applications to GATmaglev Gyro Station data processing, the main work and results are as follows:(1) According to the observational data of GAT gyroscope, calculate the correspondingpower spectral density function, combined with the principle of random fractal signals, verifythat the GAT maglev Gyro Station of the observed signal is a random fractal signal.(2) Combined score difference estimation algorithm and fuzzy control digital filteringprinciple, proposed and derive the adaptive noise filtering fractal models and methods whichuse short-time fractal dimension to adjust fuzzy control parameters.(3) Using C++language compiled adaptive fractal filtering process; And by simulationresults comparing with the general wavelet transform algorithm. Showed that: under the samebackground conditions the performance of this algorithm is superior to the general wavelettransform algorithm. And the algorithm is simple, fast calculation.(4) Make the method applied to engineering examples, make gyro directional accuracy ofa coal mine by2.7′′up to2.4′′, also make gyro directional accuracy of a long railway tunnelby3.7′′up to3.1′′, even in a wind array experiments which have a large interference, makegyro directional accuracy by7.5′′up to6.6′′. Achieve the desired filtering effect, verify thefeasibility of this method.In short, using fractal theory of Nonlinear Science processing GAT gyroscope data withthe traditional Linear science method has essential difference. Without doubt, with thedevelopment of fractal theory and related technology, Fractal filtering will become a very promising technology of gyro filtering.
