In April2013, the survey in Guizhou black hole receivessix hundred and four kinds of specimens about mollusks,arthropods and chordates, which include nineteen species of thesixteen families,nine genus,seven class,four orders.Among them, dominant specie is Podoglyphiulus sinensis thataccounts for77.15%of the total numbers. General species areDiestrammena(Gymnaeta)sp.,Tipula sp.,Oreolalaxrhodostigmatus and Gammarus translucidus, respectivelyaccounting for7.94%,5.13%,1.49%,1.15%. They are dividedinto three animal communities, namely community A、B and C,according to the differences and the related environmentalfactors of the numbers and type of black hole different bandanimals. Community A species (14), diversity index (1.0156),the largest diversity index (2.6390) and species richness index(5.4847) are the highest, Community C species (5), diversityindex (0.6238), the largest diversity index (1.6094) andspecies richness index (5.1179) are the lowest. Based onsimilarity index among communities A, B, C, it can be concludedthat the similarity index in the same cave adjacent bandcommunity is higher than not adjacent band community. By simplePearson correlation analysis on environmental factors and thediversity index, it can be concluded that soil organic matterand species have extremely significant positive correlation,and the correlation coefficient is (1.0000).Utilize Stable Isotope Techniques to study Oreolalaxrhodostigmatus tissues and organs δ13C, δ15N isotopiccomposition in Guizhou Black Cave. The results show that theδ13C average range of its gastrointestinal, muscle, kidney,liver and bone is-23.5763‰-22.5933‰and its span is0.9830‰. The δ15N average range is6.2940‰-7.2193‰andits span is0.9253‰. The order of their δ13C values are bones> muscle> gastrointestinal> kidney> liver and δ15N values of the order are bone> liver> kidney> muscle>gastrointestinal. At different ages and different sexes, theOreolalax rhodostigmatus’δ13C、δ15N values are different. Itsδ13C values order is larvae female> adult female> larvae male> adult male. Its δ15N values order is larvae male> adult male> larvae female> adult female.Spearman correlation analysis show that the δ13C values ofOreolalax rhodostigmatus liver change sharply with the changeof its body length and wet weight (P≤0.01). Its Spearmancorrelation coefficients are0.820and0.833. And its kidneyand liver δ15N values also change sharply with the change ofits body length and wet weight (P≤0.01). Its Spearmancorrelation coefficients are0.812,0.895,0.800and0.883.Through linear regression coefficient T test and varianceanalysis on the δ13C and δ15N delta value of Oreolalaxrhodostigmatus gastrointestinal, muscle, kidney, liver andbone. the results show that δ13C among Gastrointestinal,muscle and kidney exist significant linear regressionrelationship. And the regression equation is respectively: y=5.079+1.255x, y=4.889+1.194x, y=1.603+0.914x. However,δ13C between other tissues and organs has no significant linearrelationship. δ15N between Kidney and liver exist significantlinear regression relationship and the linear regressionequation for y=0.186+0.966x. But δ15N between other tissuesand organs has no significant linear relationship.
