The cave animals of Shuipa cave and Boduo cave in Guizhou was regarded as the main investigating target. The community structure of cave animal and the correlation between the community structure and partial environmental factors were analysed systematically, through four times of investigation from December 2004 to October 2005. 4970 samples, belonging to 4 phyla 9 classes 25 orders 59 families 96 genera 161 species, were collected. The community structure of cave animals in both caves shows obviously seasonal variety: on species, Autumn≥Summer>Spring>Winter. In the same reason, the distribution of cave animals shows evident zonal distribution: in Shuipa cave, Dark belt>Light belt>Reflection light belt; in Boduo cave, Light belt>Dark belt>Reflection light belt. H'(Entropy), J (Evenness), C (Concentration), D (Richness) of the community structure at all reasons, and the cluster of similarity between community structure of cave animals at all seasons of both caves all show obviously seasonal and zonal distribution. The correlation analysis between the community structure and partial environmental factors shows: In Shuipa cave, there are highly significant positive correlation between H (Humidity)...
