Electromagnetic Detection Satellite (EDS) acquires plenty of useful informationabout the earth while rotating around the earth. Now it has been widely applied tovarious aspects of people’s daily life, playing an increasingly important role in thenational economic lifeline. In order to reduce the cost of maintenance, and improve theefficiency of a single time window’s detecting, a satellite has more than one sensors onit come into being. Multi-sensors can work cooperatively, they worked together toaccomplish a complex task. But the sensor’s working mode can be very complex, as aresult, taking a great challenge to the task scheduling of satellite.Based on the features of the EDS with multi-sensors, this dissertation studied thekey method for task scheduling. The main contributions of this dissertation can beconcluded as the following four parts:1. A task driving scheduling model for EDS with multi-sensors has beenestablished. This dissertation analyses the operation architecture, application processand the key point of task scheduling. We imported the Multi-agent system to simulatethe EDS with multi-sensors, regarding each of the satellite and sensors on the satellite asan intelligent agent. The model takes both the satellite and the task scheduling intoconsideration, which, of course, can be extended easily, and is suitable for the taskscheduling of EDS with multi-sensors.2. A multi-layers hybrid cooperative scheduling algorithm has been designed. Thedissertation introduced the CNP and BBA into the process of task scheduling,assigning the tasks between satellites by CNP and dividing the task on a satellite todifferent sensors by BBA. Experimental results show that: the model can be used tosolve the task scheduling of EDS with multi-sensors, and the algorithm is effective.3. A file organizing method for the storage of a satellite has been designed. Somesatellites can transfer the data in the storage by file in order. The dissertation analysishow the storage reading files and saving files, considering the priority of differenttasks, a model has been designed, and used an algorithm to solve the problem.Experimental results show that: the algorithm can solve the problem effectively andcan afford the requirement.4. An experiment has been conducted, according to the research works presentedabove. The experiment is used to validate the key points of the dissertation.
