The water cycle is a inseparable and complicated process, which contines theprocesses of the surface water and groundwater, development of groundwater orsurface water will affect the ecological environment closely associated with waterresources. So the research on the relationship between the two, has a great effecton terrestrial ecosystems. The unique geography and evolution of the Haihe Riverbasin make it has a clear boundary and integrity of the ecological landscapepattern. Because of the semi-arid, semi-humid climatic conditions in Haihe Riverbasin, the water ecological process has become the main driving forces thatchange landscape pattern, and also, landscape pattern will affect the waterecological process. To promote the sustainable development of the waterecological environment on Haihe River basin, it is very necessary to carry out thestudy about the relationship between the groundwater system and the landscapepattern. The main study in this paper is that:(1) to introduct the geography and water distribution in detail of Haihe Riverbasin, search for the main factors influencing the chang of the grounderwaterlevel at the typical areas of landscape pattern.(2) the succession relationships of groundwater system and the ecologicalsystem of Haihe River basin, especially in the river ecosystem, wetland ecosystemand plain system normal succession in action.(3) through the study on soil salt content, groundwater critical depth, soilmoisture, groundwater ecology water level, limit depth of phreatic evaporationand groundwater eco-environmental index that the buried depth of groundwateris the main indicators of ecological environment, maintain a reasonable ecologicalgroundwater level is the key to plant, crop growth and prevention of soilsalinization. Maintain moderate water table depth, can control the soil water andsalt transport and equilibrium, thereby improving soil and improving theecological environment of the objective.(4) based on the results of the general sense of the groundwater basinecological indicators, fully consider the internal differentiation characteristics ofecological environment of the basin, the groundwater system in EcologicalRegionalization of Haihe River Basin Based on the results, to determinecompliance with each partition ecological characteristics, in accordance with thegroundwater ecology water level.(5) to determine the overall development of the Haihe River Basin, thefeasibility and specific measures of groundwater ecology water level.
