The present paper deals with a comprehensive taxonomic research of Neobisiidae and Cheliferidae, Pseudoscorpiones from China for the first time; 37 species which have been known from China belonging to 12 genera, two families, are diagnosed, described and illustrated. The content consists of two parts as follows: the general account and the systematic account.The general account includes: the progress of classification research, taxonomic status and systematic classification.In the systematic account, identification, descriptions and illustrations were obtained by examining all deposited specimens in the Hebei University. With regard to 14 known species but not examining the specimens, diagnosis, descriptions and distribution were acquired by referring to and checking the original descriptions and redescriptions. This paper deals with 25 species belonging to five genera of Neobisiidae., and also deals with 12 species belonging to seven genera of Cheliferidae. The dissertation includes a newly recorded genus to China, Lissochelifer Chamberlin, 1932; seven new species, Stenohya huangi sp. nov., S. bomica sp. nov., S. curvata sp. nov., S. xiningensis sp. nov., Lissochelifer hainanensis sp. nov., Lophochernes biannulatus sp. nov. and Dactylochelifer gigas sp. nov. The males of Bisetocreagris lampra (Chamberlin, 1930) and Bisetocreagris orientalis (Chamberlin, 1930) are described for the first time. Dactylockelifer spasskyi Redikorzev 1949 is recorded from China for the first time.All the material deposited in the Museum of Hebei University (MHBU), Baoding, China.
