Study On The Characteristics And The Interspecific Relathionships Of The Community Of Pinus Taiwanensis In Daiyun Mountain

The forest community classification and relationship of dominant species are fundamental for vegetation protection and management. The composition and quantity characteristics, species diversity indexes, the niche characteristics of dominant species, interspecific association of Pinus taiwanensis communities using sampling method distributed in Daiyun Mountain Nature Reserve were studied, the results showed that:(1)There are 46 families, 81genera and 154 species of vascular bundlesplants in Pinus taiwanensis community. Vascular plants species in Pinus taiwanensis community concentrate in Fagaceae, Rosaceae, Ericaceae, Rubiaceae, Rubiaceae, Theaceae, Lauraceae and subordinates, is the main component of plant communities, in addition to the species, distributing in small quantity and single families.(2)High buds plants is the most quantity , followed by small high bud plants , implicit bud plants at least. So high buds plants are dominant in vascular bundles plant life type of Pinus taiwanensis community. From the overall analysis, vascular bundles plants in Pinus taiwanensis community have a community physical characteristics with primarily leathery leaves with paper and grass qualitative small, margin entire univalent.(3)The community are divided into 8 areal-types of families . Tropical - subtropical distribution in the flora has a biggest proportion, followed by Temperate, illustrate the flora has obvious tropical and temperate nature. The community are divided into 20 areal-types of genera which contains Cosmopolitan, Tropical-subtropical , Temperate, Sino-Himalaya, and Endemic to China.(4)There are of 101 species in the tree layer , species with important values greater than 1.600 have 34 kinds, 67 kinds of the rest with important value is less than 1.600. The order in important value:Pinus taiwanensis,Castanopsis eyrei,Rhododendron latoucheae,Schimasuperba,Rhododendron farrerae,Lithocarpus hancei,Clethra cavaleriei,Eurya muricata,Rhododendron ovatum,Eurya loquaiana,Pinus massoniana,Castanopsis Spach,Eurya rubiginosa,Cyclobalanopsis multinervis,Cyclobalanopsis glauca,Fagus lucida and so on.There are of 113 species in the tree layer , species with important values greater than 1.600 have 32 kinds, the rest 81 kinds with important value is less than 1.600. The order with important value:Oligostachyum oedogonatum,Eurya rubiginosa,Eurya loquaiana,Vaccinium carlesii,Rhododendron mariesii,Lindera aggregate,Bredia sinensis,Eurya groffii,Rhododendron ovatum,Eurya groffii,Rhododendron latoucheae,Rhododendron farrerae, Rhaphiolepis indica,Rhododendron simsii,Clethra cavaleriei,Syzygium buxifolium and so on.(5)Pinus taiwanensis communities were divided into eight types reference to the important value through clustering analysis: Ass.Pinus taiwanensis+ Cunninghamia lanceolata- Lindera aggregata -Dicranopteris dichotoma; Ass.Pinus taiwanensis+ Cyclobalanopsis multinervis - Eurya loquaiana -Hicriopteris glauca ; Ass.Pinus taiwanensis+ Clethra cavaleriei- Vaccinium carlesii- Dicranopteris dichotoma; Ass.Pinus taiwanensis+Castanopsis eyrei-Oligostachyum oedogonatum- Hicriopteris glauca; Ass.Pinus taiwanensis+ Enkianthus quinqueflourus- Vaccinium carlesii- Woodwardia japonica; Ass.Pinus taiwanensis+Rhododendron farrerae-Enkianthus quinqueflourus- Hicriopteris glauca; Ass.Pinus taiwanensis+Fagus lucida-Rhododendron mariesii- Dicranopteris dichotoma; Ass.Pinus taiwanensis- Rhododendron mariesii-Isachne truncata.(6)The trend of overall richness and diversity index of communities was decreased with increasing on altitude. Overall evenness indexes Pielou and Alatalo index in every communities changes a little. Richness and diversity indexes of tree layer, shrub layer and herb layer in the vertical structures were different with each other, richness and diversity indexes of tree layer and shrub layer had a larger fluctuation and Showed significant differences; herb layer fluctuates large and smaller than them; The rangeability of evenness index in tree and shrub layer is big other than herb layer.(7)Among overall communities, Pinus taiwanensis niche breadth was the widest ,which showed that it had high status and wide distribution in the community; Fagus lucida-Rhododendron mariesii niche breadth which formed a community with Pinus taiwanensis was the narrowest.Species niche breadth value of overall communities was more than them of different types of communities. The main dominant species niche overlap value were generally low except individual, 91.78% species pairs fluctuated between 0 and 0.5. The general niche overlap of communityⅦwas the highest, the near at value was communityⅧ, it showed species in both communities had strong similarity in using resources; the general niche overlap of communityⅡwas the smallest, it showed species in the community had weak similarity in using resources, the dominant species had a significant effect.(8)Using variance ratio method inspecting many species, interspecific association among dominent species on overall positive correlation in the tree layer of community exists net connection, which shows a significant positive correlation level, the same as shrub layer in interspecific association in general, but no significant correlation relationship, shows the shrub layer in interspecific association to a certain level, but is not obvious. Using furtherχ~2 inspection and coupling coefficient inspection, found the tree layer and the shrub layer between the dominent species are less strong connection, most of theirs is weak.
