| With the emergence of the concept of supply chain management, Suppliers play an increasingly role in the manufacture enterprises, also, it has already become a certain part of the core strategies. As the positive effective and strategic management tool, great importance has been attached t the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) by many enterprises, since it was formulated in 1992. In view of the manufacture enterprise's characteristics, the analysis of the supplier into the BSC, not only influences the integrity of the enterprise'strategy management, and but also directly affects the practice of the enterprise strategy.In essence, the relation between the BSC and the enterprise's Stakeholder is an issue, which touches upon both the enterprise's Stakeholder and the core strategy, as well as that between the enterprise's Stakeholder and the competitive advantages of the enterprise. The enterprise competitive advantages are the very standard to decided whether BSC should conclude the enterprise's Stakeholder. According to origin of the competitive advantages, this paper analyzes the relation between the suppliers and the manufacture enterprise's competitive advantages in a comprehensive and systematic manner. The theory of the value chain and the core competence believe that the suppliers could have direct and positive influence on the enterprise's competitive advantages in two basic competition forms, and also have the indirect influence on the enterprise's competitive advantages, by promoting the enterprise'technical ability and the manufacturing capacity. Based on this, the paper proposes a theoretical model that the suppliers have influences on the competitive advantages of the manufacture enterprisesThe paper makes an diagnosis research on the theoretical model that the suppliers have influences on the competitive advantage of the manufacture enterprises. We have carried on an investigation in term of questionnaire to the manufactures, which were examined by the ISO9000 in Hunan, Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces. The collected data is analyzed by SPSS statistics and structural equation model. The results indicate that the Supply Management has positive influence on the supplier'outputs performance, and the supplier's outputs performance has positive influence on the enterprise'profit ability. The results also tell us that the Supply Management has positive influence on the enterprise'technical ability and it positively influences the manufacturing capacity through the promotion of technical ability. According to the results, we could find that the supplier could have the positive effective influence on the enterprise competitive advantages, so we should apply the suppliers into the BSC.By applying the supplier into the BSC, this paper establishes a new pattern of BSC that is more useful to the manufacture enterprise, and puts forward some proposals. |
