With the reform of economical system and the development of market economy, more and more people start their own business. The number of female self-employer is increasing rapidly. They are just like a beautiful landscape, which draws much attention of many administrative departments.This paper takes "adult education" as the basic theory, makes "come back to the abundant adult life world, and go into the ample adult spiritual homestead" as the basic creed and logical start point, makes three women self-employers in Shanghai as research collaborators, and analyzes their life history texts from educational psychology, social psychology and social culture. The aim is to display women's learning behavior during self-employment, and analyze influential factors.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter Ⅰ is introduction. In this chapter, I present the research subject and make certain research purpose from the dimensions of practice development, theory research and my major background. Then, I discriminate similar concepts and define the key concept.Chapter Ⅱ is choice and use of research methods. It includes the choice of research methods and research collaborates, the production and analysis about research texts, and the evaluation of research process. It reveals the research route clearly.Chapter Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ is case analysis respectively. In order to display and analyze learning behavior and its influential factors, every case can be divided into five parts as follows. Introduce research collaborator's life history, display the development and change about learning behavior, analyze the critical learning behavior, explain the research results deeply, and retrospect the research process.Chapter Ⅵ is research results and retrospection.Research results:Two kinds of learning behavior: general learning behavior and critical learning behavior.Influential factors: experiences, personality, parents, family, school, occupation, social culture, system reform, gender idea and so on.Related findings: Learning behavior motivation comes from self-employment motivation. Social transfer direction influences the vocational interest. Research collaborators' life history texts show some common develop pattern. Adversity can shape some self-employment spirit.
