The economic of Midwest China has risen rapidly in the twenty years after the reform and openning. Because of various reasons, the gap between the Midwest and the east has enlarged. From the angle of a long period, it would influence the whole economic development and the dynamic economic equilibrium of our country, if the problems of Less-developed regions could not be solved properly. Along with our country has joined the WTO, what economic development modes one region chooses and how can one region chooses its position in the economic incorporate pattern, and to pick out a benign and fine development way, is an important question facing the people who are engaged in economic theory and practice.The construction of territorial center city is the necessity requirement to deal with the internal economic development contradiction during different regions, and the main drive to increase the country's economic speed and persistence. This study manages to take Nanchong for example, through the construction of territorial center city of northwest Sichuan, it can develop itself and drive the economic development of other regions. This stratagem is very siginificant to the Less-developed regions in Midwest China to establish economic and social development stratagem. Considering the difficuties in forming mechanism of territorial center city, the particular estimate target system and the complex connection research of radiation and drive during different cities, this article has not analyze the fuction demonstration for Less-developed regions to get rid of Less-development through the construction of territorial center city, this article just put forward an advice to implement the stratagem of territorial center city for...
