An Economic Analysis On The Financing Difficulties Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Of Old Industrial Bases In Northeast China

With the profound reform of state-owned enterprises, the growing role played by small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in our economy draws the circles'great attention . While in theory, or from the practical point of view, the financing of SMEs is an important link in the development process, and this importance has been widely recognized in all circles. Currently, in the old industrial bases in northeast China economic growth is weak, the pace of reform is slow and the industrial integration is very difficult. This is not only because its overburdened history, the traditional system, and other factors which led to the deep impact to the reform and the high cost of transformation, but also because the number and proportion of SMEs is small, and the role of SMEs in driving economic growth and promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises is limited.Among these, the long-term difficulty in financing has already become the biggest bottleneck in the development of SMEs in the old industrial bases in northeast China. Therefore, the study of how to solve the financing difficulties of the northeast old industrial bases and promote the vigorous development of SMEs, is of great significance to address SMEs development and the revitalization of northeast old industrial bases overall.This paper is focused on the comprehensive study object of financing of SMEs in the industrial bases of northeast China, based on systematic environment and the development status of old industrial bases in northeast China. It makes the financing of SMEs as the logical starting point for analysis, and studies the interrelationship of the major factors to a great extent.
