Thus the transnational management comes out.In the past research, there are many kinds of definition for"culture". In this article the explanation in Modern Oxford Dictionary was cited. The article also enumerated the lemmas of many academicians. At last the author summarized that Culture is life style owned in some social and run in the generation one by one, it also is the sum of habitudes, criterions and rules. And it forces the development of the social.Culture has profound and subtile effect on human's activities. The persons in two sides of management are under the different background, they have different value, moral and life concept, they also have different thought and custom. All these affect the management.For an enterprise, people work together for a common goal. In this process, they formed a special criterions, rules, goals and operation concepts for the enterprise. This is the culture of enterprise. On the other hand, this kind of culture acts on the enterprise and the persons.No matter what kind of form, it will involve cooperative between foreigner and Chinese, such as foreign leader and Chinese leader in Joint Venture, the leader and employees in sole proprietorship corporation, and etc. As they live in different conditions, there are differences in their value, belief and ethic.
