For that, our government put forward the concept of "ecological province" on the basis of our national status and foreign economic theories.In order to promote the ecological province, this paper analyses the status in Hei Longjing, point out the problems of it, indicate that solve these problems can using develop the ecosystem industry and expand the tour of wildlife sightseeing. Base on the substance of the ecological province and the tour of wildlife sightseeing, find out the relationship between them. Then, conclusion that the wildlife sightseeing tour and the ecological province supply each other is drawn. And put forward three advices.The tour of wildlife sightseeing is a important part of ecotourism and the wildlife recourses is very abundant, but the tour of wildlife sightseeing is not to be regarded, in Hei Longjiang. This paper analyzes the status of the tour of wildlife sightseeing, find out the problems of that and put forward seven advices. And design the best travel lines for the area of Harbin, Qi qihaer, Yi chun and Mu danjing.
