Research On The Development Model Of Lehuojiujiu Ecological Agriculture Garden In Fujian Province

Sightseeing agriculture is the cross type of tourism and agriculture products, its development is not only beneficial to the improvement of agricultural production, promote the economic increase and maintain the sustainable development of tourism industry, and for the protection and rational utilization of ecological environment also plays an important role. By strengthening cooperation and communication development across the Taiwan strait sightseeing agriculture, on the one hand can promote the development of related industrial chain, promote the transfer of rural surplus labor force across the Taiwan straits and industrial structure transformation; At the same time to strengthen the cultural transmission and inheritance is of great significance. But at present, the development of the sightseeing agriculture economic development still exist too single, not easy to form the industrial chain; Difficult to pull the local park and the development of agriculture; Customers are in short supply, and the development is passive; Ignore its own characteristics, so as to make the enterprises lack of competitiveness, the industrial transformation and development of industrial upgrading are limited. Therefore, the development model and the idea of the rational planning of sightseeing agriculture is an important means and guarantee to promote its rapid and stable development.This study chooses Lehuojiujiu eco-agriculture garden in Pingtan across both sides of the Taiwan Straits as the research object. On the basis of in-depth investigation and discussion for the periphery tourism situation, its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and strategic are researched by the SWOT model. Settlement result shows that the WO strategy is more suitable for the development of this study area. Then, on this basis the development model and the overall mentality of the sightseeing agriculture can be plan in the study area. This study can provide scientific references for the development sightseeing agriculture across both sides of the Taiwan Straits.
