Research On The Operation Frame Of Organization Of Industrial Cluster

Under the background of economical globalization, the industrial cluster has become the better important key that accelerates economy. In this paper, the industrial cluster is studied on the base of analyzing economics, management and the primary theory of the industrial cluster.In the paper, firstly, the theory about operation frame of the industrial cluster is summarized, and the station of studying it is analyzed, short and blankness in the theory is pointed out. Secondly, the form of operation and the exiting question of the industrial cluster are studied in the world of organization-frame and organization-form. Thirdly, the operation frame of the industrial cluster is set up and the steps to construct it, for example, the information system, the alliance in technology, the alliance in goods-circulation, the mechanism of bargain, the cooperation between the industry and the academe are put forward. The analysis and conclusion of the paper is useful for the cluster, the industry and the state.
