A Study On Institution In The Development Of Countryside Urbanization

Academe in our country always pays attention to the problem of urbanization, which matters with not only more than 0.9 billion peasants' living quality, but also the rapid and steady-going development of economy. But the main study on urbanization focuses on significance, the motive power mechanism, the relationship between urbanization and industrialization and so on. From the point of institutional economy to study urbanization, especially the internal relationship between institution and urbanization to study the institutional innovation of promoting the development of urbanization, not only embodies learned value, but also applied value.On the base of comparatively detailed summary of study about urbanization, the thesis analyses the internal relationship between urbanization and institutions from time point(53 years) and space point(three areas—east, middle part and west), combined with the factual circumstances of urbanization. In order to make the relationship more impersonality, the author builds the model of multianalysis of regression to get the conclusion that institution is an important variable of promoting the development of urbanization. Only do more on institutional innovation, can we create advantageous institutional environment to promote urbanization. So the author puts forward many countermeasures to promote institutional innovation at the last part of the thesis.
