The appliance market has experienceed the process from supply falls short of demand to provide big in beg, from the selling market to the buying market. Compared to the traditional channel mode, the business enterprise faces the channel environment has already changed much .To the change, most business enterprises are duller to this reaction and is still in a confussion of experience management stage to manage channels.Currently, in the appliance market,channel conflicts of the manufactory and the perpendicular have become widespread phenomenon and generally accepted management crux. Malignant conflicts often occurs .The occurrence ofchannel conflicts cause the usage of manufactory channel power by all means, but the usage of the manufacturer's channel power influences its acquiring channel relation value.Therefore, as the conflict take place , how to make use of channel powerand how to promote his channel relation value become the foucs of channel management theories field and the business enterprise field by using channel power.On the usage of the manufacturer's channel power, the former research scholars and practisers have already inquiried in the function that the factors the profession position and scale of the manufacturer affect manufacturer's channel power.
