Offering Peasants The National Treatment Is The Basic Outlet To Solve The "Three Rural" Issues

"The suggestions about making the 11th five-year-plan of national economic and social development by Central Committee of the Communist Party of China"which was passed by the Fifth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party, pointed out clearly that it was a great historical task to build the socialist new country in the modernization course of our country, put emphasis on advancing the development of pool in urban and rural areas actively, advancing modern agricultural construction, deepen rural reform in an all-round way, developing the rural commonality career, increasing peasant's income by every possible means. This fully reflected the intensity of paying attention to the 'Three Rural' Issues and the decision of solving the 'Three Rural' Issues. At present, the 'Three Rural' Issues of our country has become a comprehensive economy and social matter with income, consume and obtain employment, which not only hindered the paces of construction of well-off society in an all-round way and the strategical readjustment of the economic structure of our country seriously, but also influenced the overall promotion of the comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness of our country.
