In light of trends toward globalization, psychological contract are playing an increasingly important role in contemporary employment relationships.Modem organization concerns with the management not to knowledge indviduals but to economy indviduals.There is a new climax that management researches into psychological contract.This research focuses on mutual expectations between organizations and individuals.It is profound psychological analysis on searching freedom, conforming to and emboding the tenet that Marx worsheps free development of human being.The essence of it is emotional contract .It is a series of delicate and implicit psychological expectations between organizations and individuals. It is not static, but dynamic and changing in shifting social contexts. Under the constant and movable pressures, organizations have to alter employment relationships and the psychological contract that underlie them. In addition, constant contract change means increased opportunities for organizations and individuals to misunderstand the agreement and to perceive a contract breach. Psychological contract breach is a subjective experience, referring to one's perception that another has failed to fulfill adequately the promised obligations of the psychological contract.In this article, the author explains and analyses the psychological contract,depending on the five logic categories: intellect, intelligent,dispositions, occurrences and emotions of Gilbert Ryle.This paper provides a unique vision for the study of psychological contract and explains the mutual relationship between organizations and individuals in philosophy.The primary behavioral construction is broken on this aspect. The organized psychology and behavior are rearranged reconstructed and rebuilt,leading to virtuely reconstruction of psychological contruct,and making learning environment for organizations in our world.
