Now, sale channel has become a key tache, in order to save cost and produce profit among the factors of marketing. Because of weak strength, vast small and medium-sized enterprises of our country are under the double pressure form large-scale enterprises and new-style channel, and facing more and more furious competition. On the other hand, traditional sale channel has its weakness, and be bad to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. So, it is very necessary to create innovation of the sale channel.Letterpress quotes the symbiosis theory and takes a proposal to the construction of sale channel. According to the different styles of small and medium-sized enterprises, letterpress creates "satellite shaped" and "net shaped" symbiont, in order to save cost, and gives some advices of operation. In former style, creating countryside and district alignment, according to the organization. In later style, letterpress gives the advice of creating symbiont among the enterprises of different industries, forward and backward position and the different enterprises of the same industry. The forth chapter uses the quantificational and qualitative methods to analyze the problems of profit distribution and performance examination. Because that these two facets are the key point whether the symbiosis channel can be operated successfully. On the other hand, letterpress investigates the problems on the process of creation of symbiosis sale channel, including the choice of members, keeping away risk, solving the conflict and invigorative measure among the members. At last, letterpress uses the analysis of cases to make the theory operable in the practice.The theory of symbiosis sale channel regards the enterprises as the organic lives, in order to give some constructional advices for the sale channel of small and medium-sized enterprises. It requests the enterprises to create a tight cooperation relationship, and get to a target of maximal profit of whole. It is a long-term, steady and dynamic cooperation relationship. It solves the problems in the process of construction of channel, for example: single enterprise with weak strength has no power to create channel because of high cost, and incompactrelationship among them. Any theory must be checked up by practice, it will be lucky if it can bring some advices to the construction for channel of small and medium-sized enterprises.
