Research On ASP Strategies For The SME Information

ASP is the outcome of networking technology, which declines the threshold of information for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) and brings new chances for the manufacturing industry in our country. It is a crisis in our country to select the proper mode to fulfill the information of SME.This paper is a part of research results of The project supported by the National ffigh-Tech. R&D Program for CIMS, China (Grant No. 2004AA414010), which is the Development and Application of Enterprise Networked Collaboration ASP Platform orienting Equipment and Auto Industry Chain. The present development situation of SME information Sichuan province is analyzed leveraging SPSS software, according to the correlative investigation data of Manufacturing Information Productivity Promotion Center of Sichuan Province. The impact factors of SME information development are also construed. The operation characteristics and fundamental conditions of ASP are discussed, facilitating ASP customer learning curve and network positive feedback effects. According to the development experiences in foreign countries, the basic conditions of ASP development can be met by the government supports. The methods of the government support to ASP the development are discussed. According to the difficulties of ASP development in our country, the benefit mechanism in the period of SME ASP selection is disclosed through game analysis. The correlated measures are proposed. The strategy of custom gaining during the beginning time of ASP development is put forward, according to the characteristics of three kinds of SME group. The application of ASP development strategy is analyzed through cases. ASP based, modularized information system is presented, according to the idea of software modularized design and its development trend. Then, the new ASP value chain is brought forward.
