| Along with the promotion of human resource management in the enterprise operation, how to get to a good performance management has gradually become the focus of the theoretical circles' and enterprises' attention. According to the modern management theory, the ultimate aim of performance management is to enhance workers' performance and facilitate businesses' running.This theme, which is based on the performance management theory, clearly explained the whole system by analyzing from four aspects— its definition, objection, process and method. And after analyzing the current situation of the certain branch of some bank, this paper suggests that "combine performance management", which follows the process of "set up organization, perfect system, make performance plan, performance coach, information gathering, performance check and performance feedback", should be taken to substitute the present performance appraisal. Moreover, it systematically designs a performance management system and on this basis offered a specific program for the performance management of sub-branch, department and staff position. Finally the paper prospects the future of performance management of the state-owned commercial banks, it points out that the establishment achievements management system is the effective method for enhancing the core competitive power, as well as the essential foundation for establishing good internal government structure. Although the state-owned commercial bank still have some problems, such as organizations and processes, which has limited the performance management function display, but through deepened the internal reform unceasingly, the state-owned commercial bank's achievements control system will certainly to have a broader prospect. |
