Since 1990s,the trend of globalization in car industry has had far reaching effect on the car industry development and the car industry policy of developing countries inclusive of China.As the first joint sedan-car producing venture of China, Shanghai VW has existed for for 20 years. From its monopoly in the 1980s to the different businesses nowadays,Shanghai VW has witnessed the brilliant development of Chinese car industry.Shanghai VW company has made great achievements,at the same time,it still has to face a series of problems such as low use of resources,limited product-added value, lack of new product development and fierce competition in the domestic market,and etc.In order to boost the competition ability,how to change the business thought?How to adjust business strategies?Based on the current business ways,how to keep the sustainablility of competition through managerial and technical innovation in order to face the arrival of subsequent market globalization and the severe situation resulting from the strong competiton of similar exotic products?
