Study On The Method Of Risk Management In Development Project Cluster

In recent years, project cluster as a new management method, is being used more and playing an importent role in engineering construction of our country. The implementation of the project cluster, make the motives and strategy of enterprises effective and consistent However,while playing a great role for the implementation of the business strategy intention and realization of the enterprise's profit, it is in a more complicated interior and exterior environment at the sametime, facing more kind and more complicated risks.From studying the risk aboat the project cluster of engineering construction, this paper has got the following beneficial conclusions:(1) The risk management of the project cluster should follow certain law. A risk plan should be joined in front of the risk identify, estimate, evaluation, which are usually used in traditional risk analysis.The risk plan of the project cluster is a globle and synthetic guiding file in the whole risk management, which pointed out what should be done in the whole procedure.(2) Project cluster, succeed or not, has great relation with management organization, Setting-up the organize correctly, make the project cluster trouble-free operation. Matrix organization combined with project management office facilitate the cooperation between the complicated relation organizes, improve efficiency and reduce the risk(3) The project cluster should be breakdown according to the degree of correlation among several single projects by using fuzzy cluster analysis. As a result ,we get second-level cluster ,which can make our work of risk management thinning and pointed.(4) Considering the interrelationship between the importence and risk, we used the importence ratio as the risk weight. According to the product, we get the sequence that can indicate which cluster should get prior management.
