Study On The Coordinated Development Of Finance And Economy In Hubei

The relationship between financial and economic development can be simply reduced to economy decides finance and is decided by the development of finance. That is, the level of economic development determines the financial development;the financial development also determines the pace of economic development. The relationship between regional finance and regional economy development is the same. The role which regional finance plays in the development of regional economy is its financial function and it becomes the first driving force of economic development by transforming savings and investment and forming the original capital. It is also the direct force of promoting economy development and industrial upgrading by providing scientific and technical funds.In the process of reform and opening of China, some regional financial industry develops so quickly that they become important industries in China. At present, the Rise of Central China is the hot topic in the regional economic development. How to quick the development in this process is the common issue of six provinces of Central China. The development of these six provinces have their own characterizes but have the common point. Hubei Province is located in the hinterland of China, which the developing level of economy, finance, education, science and technology are comparatively high. However, Hubei Province has its own problems, such as the lagging of non-state system, limited function of high technical industry to economy, low efficient of finance and so on.
